These terms have been drawn up in Bengali and are aligned with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version of these terms shall be considered final.

Eligibility and Age Limit

Strict Age Restriction: This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. If anyone under 21 registers or plays, their account will be terminated immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Creating an Account

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 gives you the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.

  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
  • To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be made within 72 hours of creating the account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity involving the bonus system will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3999be platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
  • Attempting to hack or manipulate the bonus or promotion system.
  • Using collusion (group deception of the system), spoofing, or any other dishonest methods.
